Oxide bonded SiC products is performing well at high temperature condition, such as porcelain, but much longer life than common ceramic products.

Si3N4 bonded SiC products is produced under high-temperature, high-pressure Nitrogen condition, add Si powder properly, it will form Si3N4, which will bond SiC more strongly. So it has a much long time than other refractory products: 6 times longer than clay bricks, 2.5 times of high-Alumina bricks. So it is more economical compare with traditional refractory products, even the initial cost is a little more. This product gives a good performance when used as important parts in blast furnace, Electro-Bath, etc.
